ea play on steam

i just got ea play on steam but when I check from the EA application, it says that I do not have an EA Play membership.

    Hey @teamd1ka,

    Your EA Play from Steam won't transfer over to the EA app and vice versa. Are you able to make use of it on Steam? Or is it not showing up there either?
