Effects - Black blocks instead of sparks on cars chassis bottoming out.=

I'm using a NVidia 3050Ti gfx based PC and EA Play's F1 24 version of the game. I've got the latest NVidia game drivers (v555.99)and the F1 24 related settings given below.  Not sure why I'm seeing "black blocks" instead of spark effects when other cars chassis bottom out.  Anyone else experiencing or have solution to this issue?

BTW - My gfx settings don't save.  Each time I lauch F1 24, I have to re-enable HDR10, plus settings as shown below.
