Email failed

Hello, I have had a problem with my EA Playtest account for a year now. I do not receive any email so I cannot know what my code is or any additional information about the beta. Exactly the same thing happened to me last year and by contacting people at EA I was able to get my code. I reviewed my entire profile and everything is 100% correct. I would appreciate any help and if anyone else is experiencing the same thing, I have tried contacting EA but have not received a response so far. Thank you.

    @SteveJackson For Previous games I received an email when the Sign Up process just started. That’s why I’m saying this, should have been notified

    I didn't even receive an email when I registered for the beta, not a single confirmation (last year I didn't receive a single message either and I was among those chosen). I consider it impossible for someone to send me my code this year, they have not responded to my email nor have they tried to contact me, so thank you EA for the "help".
