ERS still not working

It’s been four days and my ERS is still not working properly it is still stuck at 100% so I have no power whatsoever making the game unplayable.
please fix this ASAP.

You got no hope of it being fixed. My game has been unplayable since July and I haven't gotten even a acknowledgement of the issue.
EA is loosing the license after f125 anyway so they don't care.
