Nothing has solved since the handling patch that has actually worsened by a lot everything of the physics, just because whining fans must be listened.
Adjusting the setup does absolutely nothing on the handling or on the tyres. Braking doesn't transfer the temperature from the brakes to the tyres. The understeer is impressive and it's mega hard to adjust the controller and the car setup in order to fix it.
Some tracks are completely wrong, from Zandvoort to Red Bull Ring. In real life they should be quick, instead - Zandvoort in particular - they're slow as hell on some turns.
In other tracks, there's a weird power cut that doesn't depend on the underfloor height. You can set it low, mega high, medium, and do changes to suspensions. Nothing changes on the physics.
The difficulty balance is also completely messed up. It's not a matter of being difficult, it's a matter that in some tracks, the slow ones, it's impossible to complete some trials like the tyres one. You can go slow, dose the accelerator, and still consume the tyres for no reason or just be too slow. It's not difficult, it's just impossible even for pro drivers if they don't have the perfect equipment.
I don't know, I'm mega exhausted with this game.

They completely destroyed the handling for controller players with a patch earlier on this year. It was absolutely fine prior to that.
I think they may have made some minor adjustments in the more recent patches to make the front end more benign without actually announcing it in any patch notes.
But fundamentally it's still far from good. It's the feeling it gives you in the fast corners that feels completely unrealistic.
I'm having to use a steering sensitivity of just 80 with steering linearity set at 40. Otherwise the front end feels absolutely abysmal!
