@atfmarkoBased in what you just said, if best times are being produced by cutting corners and flying through kerbs, wouldn’t making kerb riding harder and more unsettling for the car discourage this behavior and promote fair, less “cheating” driving and bring more realistic lap times? Maybe I’m misunderstanding your comment.

the smoke bug when braking on console when is it fixed? in multiplayer it makes a race unplayable it looks like fog not smoke.

@Che1791 The problem is people have already set lap times without having to deal with “rough” kerbs.
If you suddenly make them behave the way they should without resetting the leaderboards it’s going to be hard to set a top a top time going forward on any track where there was a meaningful kerb cut. - 2 years ago@Che1791 your right!
fair but time trial laps the best ones...will not be possible anymore..- that's the point..
I had monza ps record 1 17 15..but was cutting...if I wouldn't delete it..updated kerbs handling etc..nobody could go even near that lap..that's why I promote time trial resets after handling updates- IanM2822 years agoSeasoned Ace
If changes are made to the handling and especially the curb physics then surely you have to reset the time trial leaderboards?
I do not understand the decision not to? It's absolutely ridiculous not to reset them given the nature of the new changes!

Please can we get official confirmation or clarity on the equal car situation. It's been investigated for 3-4 weeks at this point and there's been nothing at all?

I found a good player comparing the new patch at Hungary.
So if they're half a second slower, I believe the leaderboards should be reset.
