f1 24 black screen and the crash

i open the game select play f1 24 in normal mode the i get black screen and then it crashes. i allready contacted ea help service. together we tried every posible solution. non did work. we were trying for hour and half. would you that good and fix your game bro. my pc is ok its on your side. thank you for your help
