- @Ho3n3r I was providing a general reminder to people who hadn’t mentioned where they were. I will escalate this issue though as it isn’t an isolated case

You should have received the F1 TV code via e-mail. Remember that this offer wasn't available for players outside the US or EPIC purchases.
If you haven't received any e-mail, you can also find your TV code here:
- Go to the Offers & Promotions tab in your EA Account settings portal.
- Sign in to the EA Account which has your registered platform.
- Find the F1 Tv Promotion and click the Copy Code.
- Redeem the code on https://f1tv.formula1.com/ during the purchase flow.
- For code issues contact F1 Tv Support.
