Summarize your bug When i try to join any online session i get the error game version does not match. When i check steam for an update there are no updates available. I have tried to reinstall the game update my pc drivers but i still cant join anyone. Strange thing is when a friend joins my session there is no problem, and after my friend joined my session i am able to join multiplayer ses

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Start the game. 2. Go to f1 World. 3. Try to join any session in the multiplayer browser. 4. Game version does not match error.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get the error Game version does not match check online for an update.
What do you expect to see? The joined lobby screen.

So i read online that clearing the download cache from steam or EA can help and it worked in this case. The game seems to be running fine now.

@Mike00107 Thanks for the update and glad it works now! This might also be able to help some other players with similar problems.I have the same issue since yesterday evening and I tried to uninstall and install again. I tried to clear the Steam Download Cache and it does not work for me
