F1 24 game session version

i have the same issue, tried to verify intregrity of game files. did not work

After formatting my PC, I reinstalled STEAM and F124. When running the game and trying to play multiplayer, the message is "THE VERSION OF THE GAME SESSION IS NOT THE SAME. SEEK AN UPDATE ONLINE".
If I create the room myself, no one can enter.

I checked the integrity of the files, and sometimes it finds 3 corrupt files, but then it confirms the integrity and when running the game and trying multiplayer, the same error occurs. I reinstalled the game more than 5 times, removing all the files, to start a new installation and the problem persists.

Finally, I realized that the last version that was appearing in the game before formatting, which was "SEASON 2" in green, is no longer there.

Updates are always automatic, and when we download the game again, the file should come with the latest update.

Can someone help me?

I am having the exact same issue. I tried everything to resolve is too, i even contacted their support and they told me that they would "look into this issue"... a friend of mine had it too, but it took him four attempts and it worked. I hope the next update comes soon and at least accidentally fixes it.

I think i know what the problem is. Above the press any key menu, it should say "season 2", but for some reason it says "be one of the 20". And on the menu it should have the season 2 green line on left and it doesn't have. Is your game like this? Cause mine is. The thing is, how can we solve this? It's as if our game is not on season two. 

I had the same problem as you until today, I discovered a temporary solution by logging out of Steam and relogging in using a VPN in another country, for me who lives in Brazil using it in Chile worked, it seems crazy but it worked for me.

I love you, man! It worked for me. I'd tried vpn, but I don't know anything about it and did it wrong, but after your comment i tried harder and it worked just fine!

It seems that when you are trying to play multiplayer the game is unable to access the different files to log in. However, some players have been able to connect by using a VPN. Could you try using a VPN and see if this works fo you?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and play with someone that has EA Play Pro with one that does not have the subscription on PS5 or PC
What happens when the bug occurs? It does not let me or any of my friends join one another
What do you expect to see? I really want to connect and challenge my friends. Maybe a general game update or patch might fix it
