F1 24 xbox and pc

I pre-ordered F1 24 on my Xbox and I was looking to download it on my PC too. I got the champions edition and everything but I don't see the game in my EA library. Is this normal? I really want to in...

Yes, it's pretty much normal. What you're referring to are games in the Xbox Play Anywhere program. F1 has never been part of that program. No EA game has to the best of my knowledge, by the way.
Xbox Play Anywhere, or any other platform-agnostic/cross buy programs, are definitely not the norm.
