Theoretically it should be a scismic shift in improvement over F124, because it should be developed by the same team who made both F121 and F123. Plus it would be almost impossible to make a worse game than F124!
Yet 2020 is widely considered the GOAT. 22 only suffered from lack of grip ( otherwise my favourite release after 2020) and 24 different handling Dev to every year previous which was designed by David. This years handling will be developed by Casey who did last years. Wouldn't put to much stock into odd and even years different teams is a huge factor
