Hey @BigLewi1187
The F1 TV Code won't be distributed until you login into the game. Also, remember that this is an offer only for US region.

I'm from canada and it says "F1® TV Pro 3-month subscription (only available in USA, Belgium, Mexico, France, Canada, Netherlands)"
and is it when i log into f1 23 or 24?
Hi, I just purchased the pre-order for the champions edition on steam. It says I receive a "F1® TV Pro 3-month subscription (only available in USA, Belgium, Mexico, France, Canada, Netherlands)" (see attached screenshot). How do I redeem this?
The code will be issued upon the games release
Hey @BigLewi1187 and @PaxTheMan_77
Thank you for flagging this up. The text has now been corrected.
If you already pre-ordered the game, I can understand that this is a frustrating situation. Because the game hasn't been launched yet, you are entitled to make a refund through the platform.
Finally, the codes won't be distributed until you launch the game for the first time.
-Groguet.
So it’s not available in Canada then? And it’s only 1 month?
That is extremely disappointing. The 3 month subscription was a large part of why I pre-ordered. Will definitely be requesting a refund unless you are able to honour the original promise of 3 months in Canada.
Yeah, me too. Kinda ridiculous that they made that big of an error. Should be some compensation.

I saw a post on Social Media that claimed you would get 5 days early access, this has been reduced to the standard 3.
Seems like marketing has made a couple of errors, details and small print, a gesture would be warmly received I think.
In case anyone is wondering why the UK doesn't get F1TV, it's because of Sky's exclusive TV coverage contract. The British GP is on the UK Gov 'Protected List' of sporting events. Quite hypocritical when you realise that UK Gov make no contribution to the British GP race. In other territories they do get either national or regional funding for some events.
But the oil states push up Liberty's negotiation start point. How long before 30 races, maybe 9 in the US? 😛
