I have beaten the Bearman in Saudi Arabia challenge and did not receive the helmet. I ended the race in P1. I also beat Piastri's gold time at COTA and did not receive the Chrome gloves. Why is this happening and does anyone know how to fix it?
You will get the Bearman challenge rewards after the weekly refresh. (in America this is every Wednesday at 1000 UTC.) The rewards for those type of events show up in the game inbox. You get extra rewards if you finish in the top 50% and top 33%. They can't calculate the final rankings until the week is over, so that is why you have to wait.
No idea why you didn't get the gold time Piastri reward. I only got the bronze time but I received the bronze reward immediately. You probably tried this already, but I would do a reset of your console/PC and see if it shows up.
