Community ManagerA friend and I have found ourselves fortunate enough to be very competitive over both one lap and race distance. However, the qualifying glitch, which seems to be widespread, is absolutely ruining our game experience. After fighting it out for the last 100th in quali we find our grid positions after qualifying in the race completely randomized and most often opposite of where we qualified (pole to 20th or 20th to pole and the like). It is not uncommon to start in the pit lane even. The AI cars are usually very confused and odd blue flag behavior emerges. Several times the person who starts in the pit lane has been categorized as a lap ahead of the entire field. Is there a fix in progress for this and can we expect better software in 2025? We won’t be spending another year with this frustration as there are plenty of good sims available but we both really enjoy F1 and hope the official game can function better.
