The Brazil bug is proof of why a restart session with the option of simulating the session would not be a bad option, players could work around the issue by skipping the race if they didn’t want to wait for the fix.
It's sad that this thread was created for a game half a year later, but yes, I have wishes.
A real simulation mode, still. With box and clutch etc. The non-functioning ERS (with selector switch on the Fanatec V2.5) and the BitePoint clutch across all modes, well, it's just crap. Pit lane without autopilot has always been wishful thinking since CM. But the sound has gotten worse and worse, reality or not. This year, 2024 takes the crown. You really can't listen to replay with sound anymore.
Onboard, only the sound of the driving is played back in all views. OnBoard Drive (helmet camera, for example) is therefore always played back in NoseCam, T-Cam etc., except when looking at it from behind.
Track cams are always recorded with inappropriate samples, regardless of how you ride. Sometimes it sounds quite good, but most of the time it's completely wrong. I once deliberately drove a favorite track with a lot of offside. I don't know who is responsible for the sound, either they have nothing to say about the result or they have no idea.
I won't say anything about the rest, it's been done enough elsewhere. My opinion is no longer necessary, except for my full solidarity, even as a PC steering wheel driver and long-time fan of this series.

Lazy answer for an unpleasant topic. That's my impression for other topics too. Somehow there doesn't seem to be any motivation left to tackle commutity issues. Let the next team take care of it, we got the beta rolling for a totally overfull price. Sorry, that's my impression. Or why are we being asked such a stupid question almost six months after release? Do you really want to change something about 24 or milk the now dead cow again? Sorry, you messed up with 23, but this time you really hit the wall with 24. You can't get out of this number. The number of problems you reported in the update thread shows that more than clearly.

For the future. Separate simulation from arcade consistently, you can have both. But separate them into lists and leagues. Bringing everything under one hat only creates frustration on both sides.
Players with FFB steering wheels usually have different preferences than players with gamepads. Separate the two and only let them compete against each other if they are aware of these differences. I think this general crossover is the first big mistake. I certainly don't want to accept compromises with a steering wheel because an opponent is using a pad. In that case, let us simply decide for ourselves who we want to play with. And then make that visible beforehand, including the racing line. I use it for braking points, for example.
Finally add a rain mode for TT or at least a test track where you can try out your car, with clutch and pit lane. It's all been done before.
Even earlier there was telemetry in the pits. ALT+TAB makes the game unsafe and it takes a really long time to get through even with a GB line and a fast PC, extremely uncomfortable.
I can only say one thing, it's no fun.
F1 World is superfluous, if I wanted to give someone shirts I'd play Sims, simulation is completely lacking, weather is extremely bad uLazy answer for an unpleasant topic. That's my impression for other topics too.

EA definitely won't see it this way, but the correlation is so abundantly clear, that since they took over this game franchise, it has gone rapidly downhill faster than the overpowered AI in F122!
There are so many issues and things that absolutely have to be improved. I've never known any other game of any type of genre on the planet with as many bugs. Additionally some of the bugs the game launched with is an absolute joke.
Literally rushed out with zero care and attention and then charge the loyal customers £90! Oh and while they're at it, let's destroy the online store and make people grind for helmets and race wear.
My absolute biggest gripe since EA took over and destroyed it, is their absolute persistence in coming up with gimmicks and unrealistic material that doesn't belong in specifically an F1 game.
If they just concentrated on doing the basics correct instead of wasting recourses on the nonsense they keep churning out, then everyone would be delighted.
F125 has to be a night and day improvement in absolutely every area throughout. From the addition of more helmets, more general race wear, dramatically improved AI, better engine sounds and a much improved handling model, just to name a few.
My bet is all the suggestions within this thread will be completely ignored and they will dream up another load of fictional twaddle to try and implement into F125.
I'm afraid if that is the case then F125 will sell even less than F124. It's absolutely in their own interests to deliver a game that actually works and to implement what people have been asking for.
