Community ManagerProblems in the german forums are ignored or answered with questions like "are you sure you bought the game" or solutions like "reset your computer". One of the main problems of this game is that outside of this english forum, the customers are ignored or handled as if they are idiots. I made so many topics about bugs in this games and how this game can made better, and all were ignored by the staff. Only when writing the same stuff here, then suddenly there is an "we noticed that". Also you are not allowed to discuss the patch notes in the german forum, the ntopic about it is closed always. And criticising the CMs for their bad work is also forbidden.
It’s not a new thing… I’m sorry, and I understand, and I start to feel uncomfortable myself when I read something like this…
