@e6re0pcl192m im having the same issue after patch 1.14 and it seems to happen when the reflections effects on the car and helmet surface is turned on. And after the 1.14 it seems that this option does not really lower the reflection effect. Its like that the reflections effect is kind of building up system performance until it ends up causing stutter or freezing.

Have you noticed that some how these are related?

I uploaded a video of gameplay that i recordes befor the patch and I can see clearly that the low reflections option in that time made the reflections very subtle, and did not cost any on the game performance.

If i try to make the game look like that, i just cannot, even lowering reflections all the way down

Yes I noticed the exact same thing I had no car reflections on (I use cockpit view) and the game worked fine. Now I can’t get rid of the reflections and the game has had stuttering issues ever since. I wasn’t sure these things were related but interesting it’s the same for you.

Your video is exactly how my game looked before the issues started, and how I’ve had the game set since it came out. Now I can reduce the reflections but cannot turn them off
