None off us are F1 drivers or engineers, id say google it may give you some idea. I cant imagine it would be very much.
I read a post from 2018 that suggested the front at Hockenheim would be around 25mm to 50mm and the rear up to 80mm. But that was eons ago reg wise. Ground effects cars are different beasts I imagine.
