I would suggest changing the tech level setting. Thats is what i do and it does make it harder
Did you ever get a solution? Same issue, have tech at 150 and go from 20th to 1st by end of second lap every time.
Really kills the single player aspect of the game
Apart from changing the tech level its not possible to change the ai difficulty
I remember when they said the IA will adapt to your style....yes to let you pass in slow corners after 2 laps...promises never kept
@Nellix82Sorry dude. Think you may have misunderstood what they ment by adding adaptive Ai. You only have the option to select it if you lower the Ai down to beginner or amateur. The purpose for it is so new players (Especially younger players) to racing games or very casual players that don't know the tracks or know much about racing lines, braking points, turn points and what a apex is. Can make mistakes including going off track and being left miles behind the Ai. So they will slow down and speed up in relation to where and how player is doing. However there lap times are capped and doesn't exceed. What value the Ai is set to. Once you start playing on medium (40 I think) and higher. Adaptive Ai is disabled
They pretty much just added the same thing the standard Ai does in Gran Turismo.
