How to get a refund

I tried the live chat function, but it’s not working.

My game does not load properly for the past two weeks and I can’t enter the career mode anymore, i am always greeted with the endless please wait… splash screen. 
it worked for 3 races and after that 3 of my save files all are bricked on different races.

tried everything and game is unplayable.

so… how do i get a refund?
