HTC Vive Cosmos Elite

I have no idea why but my HTC Vive Cosmos Elite cannot run on F124. It will play it fine for about 10 seconds then it will just start to stutter so bad. The latency for the headset just climbs and it will play about 1 FPS and is unplayable

RTX 4070Ti.
