@Rapheal629 You are 100% right! This game has now had 7 patches and still not up to scratch... It's also currently 40% off from most retailers and digital stores, so that has destroyed all faith in Pre-Ordering future releases.
800+ topics in the bug reporting section is just not good enough for a game we were charged up to £89.99 for!!
I've been a hardcore player of this series since F1 2010 and created and run a very successful league since 2012/13, but for the first time, our player base has halved and guys who have raced with us for many years have not bought the game.
I saw an article that said F1 24 sales are down 47% in the UK compared to F1 23, and F1 23 sales were down the year before by 44% compared to F1 22..... EA/CM need to wake up and listen to what little player base is left! This is not good enough!
I took part in the Beta testing for F1 24, and reported so many issues that are STILL a problem in the current build.
The parts of the game that do work are barebones.
My Team with only 1 choice of livery?
An empty store with just 3 helmets, but 30 pairs of shoes, in an F1 game... Pre-order liveries for an old game?
Fewer tracks than F1 23.
No Braking Point mode....
Ranked online races reduced to 5 lappers....
Seriously, in the most polite way possible..... Who the ..... was the genius that came up with this?
I'm fed up of hearing "Thanks for the feedback, we've passed it on..." and then telling players that they're not being polite for being frustrated and wasting their money and supporting a studio that just doesn't want to listen to us! How many more topics can be created about the lack of customisation items before we get someone addressing it?
As it stands, I won't be buying the F1 game for the first time in 16 years. I'm just so fed up with the standards falling and the price going up.

There is just no excuse what has happened to the series in the last 3 years.
It's almost heartbraking for the players that want to race in leagues. These league's lost so many drivers already. In our league, we lost 50% of our drivers. Often the game is the biggest reason. I'm really sad and in another way very angry what they've done to these games.
- SDGMatt2 years agoSeasoned Ace@yeahmk Same in our league. We’ve always had full grids, but this year so many of our long term and dedicated drivers have not bought the game or just given up on it after launch because of how bad it is. League racers are the hardcore player base who play this game all year round until the next release. We practice relentlessly and use every tool and feature available, so we know the the game inside and out. But they just seem to want to cater for the casual 5 lap crash fest racers that want to spend pitcpoin on Puma Shoes before shelving the game after a couple of months when call of duty comes out!
