I would like to control with a button or knob on my wheel increasing or decreasing Downforce. Is there a way to map a button or knob on the wheel to control also Downforce just like we do BB or Differential etc.

I dont think you know what setting Im talking about it. At the MDF blueish window menu where you control tire and repair options on next pit stop, there is also an option to increase/ decrease Downforce manually. It would be nice to have a button mapped to do it more easily.
I don't believe that is an option. You need to select your downforce pitstop adjustments in the MFD menu before the stop - I don't think you can hotkey it.

Ah yes i know what you mean, choosing a change in front wing angle for the next pit stop, nothing that will change on the run but only with the next pit stop.
As @BauerFormulaOne said its not an option to keybind.
