Keeps signing me out of my account during Practise, Quali or Race

When I hop on F1 24, I can probably only play about 10 minutes before the game just signs me out for NO REASON. I literally have to turn my internet off on my XBOX just so I can race on F1 24 a bit longer 🤦🏽‍♂️ fix this stupid problem pls cus i aint trynna get F1 25 if yous cant even keep a game stable.
