Mechanical failure every race driver career co-op career

Hi

I'm playing driver career, co-op and single player, I'm at Alpine in both careers, and since the update  I seem to be getting Mechanical failures EVERY race, and my Cousin who's playing my co-op has not had any mechanical failures, I'm so confused I know this was an issue in f1 23 too, but this is making not want to play it, and I really want to play.

Anyone else getting this??
