It seems that the issue has been fixed and the codes have been replaced properly.

Hey y'all!
I got my new code for the F1 24, the idea is this is the fixed code, which I just got, and I can't redeem it, Steam says I already own "the product" and to click OK to proceed to the download, which isn't showing either in my library, or available for download.

It says game already in the steam library cuz the old code had a bug and when I put in the new code. It says game already exists in the library but I don't have it.
Same here. We could trigger it ourselves if we get the App ID for the beta, but there's nothing specified...
Yepp they resolved it.
EA should have removed the original code, at least thats what I got, a notification on Steam said the code was withdrawn and I didn't have access to the game. EA should have removed your original F1 24 beta code when they sent you a new one.
The same as you, I redeem new code and recieved message is: "This steam account has product"
