New Xbox

Hi all. I currently play F1 24 on an XBox One. The new F1 25 won’t work, so will have to buy a Series X to play 25. This means I most likely want to start by playing F1 24 on the new Xbox. Can I transfer my game, data, setups etc etc to another Xbox?
