No grid penalty
After qualifying if I change an component it says grid penalty but when the race starts you’re still same position before the grid penalty…

I concur, as I have also experienced this same issue.
Most notably in challenge career, this is an issue. Alex Gillon’s videos on challenge career at the game’s launch showcase this issue in its entirety.
Add me to the list and I try to use it to get the Pass 8 people points so I kinda win no matter what.
