@Cpayne32 No they don't. EA had to revoke this rule because of the backlash. They have deleted this line from their legal page 23rd September.

@Cpayne32 What about the 18,000 we got from pre-ordering? Does that expire? It would be ridiculous if it did as it's now 4 months since launch and there's nothing to spend it on....
To this date, I still have the original 18,000, plus what I have unlocked via the standard podium pass, so I have about 22,000 right now.....
Perhaps that's why they added a 7,500 pit coin helmet to get us to use up the pitcoin?
By this point on F1 23, I had bought about 10 helmets and car liveries from the "Store" and had bought more pitcoin!
I don't get it.... it's one of the biggest complaints about the game, and they could be making a LOT more money from us if we had items to buy!
Why can't they just add all the helmets from last year into the store?
I've bought and used the same halmet and colours for the last 3 games in my league racing career and I want to carry that on in F1 24....

@Cpayne32 Can they also find out why last year's helmets and liveries cannot be added back to the store? That would surely be an easy solution and really go a long way to easing the complaints! Those assets already exists. Just add them in!
