@jona-wolters Gap as in lap times? My only observation is the TC impacts acceleration on corner exits. My testing observations follow:
No TC = Faster acceleration, but much easier rear wheel spin and cause spinouts under too much power.
TC (low to full) = Acceleration rates better on low setting, slower on full. The higher settings tend to bog down the engine and slow acceleration to naturally prevent wheel spin.
Too bad there isn't a sliding bar for TC from 0 to 100%. This would help players improve their skill. For me I have to use different control settings on the accelerator pedal. Same goes for braking.
