Thank you for the clarification though as EA support couldn’t answer the question.
Then that is a super false advertisement and breach of contract as it is 29th of May in Japan when it clearly states the game will be playable from the 28th.
All previously titles were released midnight on the date specified!
Absolutely right. The day doesn't start at 3pm UTC. it would be okay if the morning of one day takes but the late afternoon is misleading and simply wrongly communicated to the customer! And it doesn't matter if the standard edition is only available at 3pm UTC on 31.05.
