And if we don’t want to play in F1 world challenges and just want to focus our time on career or my team we have to suffer with a few helmets, liveries, badges and what ever that interminally long podium pass dribbles out.

@AEF251 Yes, that's exactly it. In all cases the cruel lack of content and developments in the liveries and customization options still do not change and it is becoming serious and frustrating.

Hey @DavidLld33 and @AEF251,

you can earn customization items like liveries, helmet, race suits and more through different areas of the game. Such as in the Free and VIP tiers of the Podium Pass, in the shop, through Pro Challenges and Challenge Career events as rewards for completing objectives.

But yes, we've heard you that you want more customization options and already passed that feedback on to the team.

Clearly passing on to the team is not exactly working well is it. There have been ample opportunities to provide us with even older helmet designs from previous itterations of the game. Let's face it that doesn't exactly take much recourse does it.

Having more than 3 helmets is absolute bog basic and should always been included.

It's quite simply a massive let down for everyone and not good enough!

You say you can unlock helmets etc. through podium pass, but you’ve seen what podium pass is right? The new approach, not to mention the actual content provided makes that a less credible response.

Okay, firstly I'm not playing the game currently because it's absolutely trash since the handling for controller players was destroyed after releasing a patch that was meant to help us?

Secondly unlock helmets in podium pass? There are two and you have to grind away to get them, in a game that offers zero enjoyment in it's current state and makes me not want to play it all after spending £90 on it!

I don't think EA realise that removing helmets from the store and hiding them away behind a pay a grind system is by far the worst thing they have done.

Plus, I could not care one iotta about real drivers helmets. When will they realise that people want to have their own helmets for the most popular game mode (career mode).

EA are so far detached from reality it beggars belief!

Maybe if once the podium pass series ended they put it in the store tobuy with picoin, but even then far too little good customizaable content

@IanM282 Yes we are going in circles with this subject I have the impression.

Certainly the community managers affirm the feedback to the developers but I would be really curious what they do with it. 🤨

It seems so unreal, this lack of content and logic to provide us with a solution to resolve this.

I think it doesn't take 8 months to add this to the franchise if the guys are actually working on it.

But we are still in a total void and useless Pitcoin for poor content and without being mean which is ugly.

Okay there are a few helmets to unlock with the events but don't tell us that this is actually content.

For me there should already be around fifty liveries available for personalization and at least 10 to 15 special liveries in the games !

Now I am even more so because of the inaction and the inability of the developers to provide us with an answer and real work on this.

Its a waste of time complaining on here, over handling, lack of customization, and overall game play 

We have seen in the past they will only implement what they see fit which is way out of touch with the player base as we can see with F1 world

All the content put into the game is geared for F1 World and stickers lol like stickers come on 

I have officially lost hope for this series with this developer

Making new stickers is about their level at the moment. I have zero interest in stickers. Who actually sits there at EA and thinks this absolute nonsense to be of any value and importance to the game?

Whoever thought that players would want to earn stickers rather than helmets and liveries should handed a cardboard box to pack up their desk… 

Ive got zero interest in F1 World. Every time I play I get told that I’ve unlocked 1,000,000 insight…. 
what the F is insight? 

I don’t bother to “claim” them anymore, and so when I open my ‘messages’ tab, there are so many of these unclaimed items and fanzone points that it crashes my game!

I don’t want any of the F1 world garage stuff but I get it is part of that game mode BUT the stickers I don’t understand. What are they for anyway?

To be fair they did add to Career mode this year. They just then took the heart out of My Team. 

@AEF251 @IanM282 Yes anyway we are already facing the big problems of content and personalization systems that are too limited and ugly.

Secondly, even if there have been improvements for the career mode this year, we still have this feeling of déjà vu and of being on the spot Ok it's a franchise that releases an opus every year, so there isn't a huge change every year I understand but seriously the developers could make the effort on the liveries and the number of possibilities.

And again I'm not talking about the lack of immersion in the career, in the paddock, and the cutscenes which are outdated and almost all the same even if a few tiny animations change from year to year.

But hey I think the team is already aware of all the feedback they have received from the community.

Even if this does not mean that they provide us with answers and solutions, which is even more problematic. 🫤

@AEF251and @DavidLld33 Agreed, they must be well aware of the complaints and negative feedback. But it's the silence from them that just adds to the frustration.

We have been informed that season 3 of the podium pass may change and improve the customisation content. However I can't see it being a fix and a dramatic improvement, more like a plaster to cover the cracks.

I would much rather see chances to win customisation helmets rather than Max's helmet, if they continue to persist down this avenue. As the majority of people play career mode, personal helmet customisation is a huge part of the game. But ultimately helmets should have remained in the store!

This is why F124 is a complete failure from the ground up. If the game was good regarding AI, handling model and a couple of other bits, I don't think the lack of helmets would have resulted in the amount of frustration it has caused.

But to release a game with so many issues and then have the nerve to decimate the store and force people to play a game that's completely broken to grind and overpay for 2 helmets is absolutely unacceptable.

I just received MAX helmet after my very first lap, even though I was around 0.2s down on his lap time AND I invalidated the lap by going too wide at the second Lesmo ....
