@mezzo11ys Unfortunately I don't think Recognition or Overall plays a role in what team approaches you in secret meetings. Whether this is intentional or a bug I'm not sure yet.
As an example in my current career that I'm trying to do well in with Aston Martin, I ended up overachieving a bit by winning in Australia and the Sprint in China (was struggling to find my ideal difficulty) putting my OVR at 69 and Recognition at 42ish (after 5 races), yet the two teams that approached me were Alpine and VCARB.
To do some testing I started up another career as a Mercedes driver, skip all practices, one shot qualifying 5 lap races etc. just in general not trying very hard, just focused on getting to the secret meeting asap with respectable results. OVR was 66 and REC was 35 (after 3 races) yet McLaren was the team to approach me, so I am concerned there might be a bug or something that the Top 4 are locked in as exclusives to one another.
I guess I should add, an alternative explanation would be that if you start with a lower ranked team you need a certain Overall/Recognition to be able to move up to one of the "Big 4" teams, but if you start at one of those teams, the game ignores that requirement and allows you to move between those teams freely.
