With regards to influence this will start as 50/50 if you are in the same team. In terms of developing teams, I don’t think you will have an issue with that as the upgrades with the influence are secret to that driver so its good to have some inter team competition 😉
As for the real name, yes while you can create your driver with a custom name it will display your PSN username.
You can start from any team you choose to begin with and even if you choose top drivers you can still improve their stats

Another question about the contract system:
Is the RTG the only factor for the contract? I mean, what if I achieve my level from 65 to 69 in the end of the season, but failure to be in the top 6 with red Bull. In f1 22 it was possible to become fired. And that pressure was great!
What if I set my goal to stay at 65? Wouldn't this goal way to easy to stay in contract? I miss an overall team goal.
And is it more difficult to get from RTG 65 to 69 in a Ferrari than in a Haas for example?

I believe you can get fired but getting to 69 OVR with a new custom driver is very easy
