I believe you can get fired but getting to 69 OVR with a new custom driver is very easy

@Cpayne32yes exactly! So why should I set a higher target for my RTG goal in coop mode, when a lower one seems to be easy and enough for staying a in contract for a top team?
Do he teams have own goals?
