I've come here for the same reason. I've actually had this concern for years since, in team mode, at some point your team has plateau everything and is stuck as 6th or 7th best team, and cannot progress.

Can we kindly have any suggestion? Is this normal for everyone or just happening to us two?

(by the way, the title could definitely be better. whoever checks the forum list, might think that OP has an issue with race ranking or isn't able to play better than this)
