Tags behind names leaderboards

Does anyone know how to add these tags? Or what they stand for? Some people got McLaren, Red Bull Mercedes or other names behind their gamertag in leaderboard.

Those are related to the fanzone section in f1 world. Once you select one, you can add it from your super licence

F1 25/26 suggestion
Id like motion sensor steering to be added to the F1 games. EA may not trust it. GT7 and GT Sport have had this implemented. And it works great! I bought GT7, came from driving F1 25 on stick all day...
