You will probably be right about that but i wouldnt be so hasty about the OP on straights.. Could just be different setups so far but its probably again the OP straightlinespeed. need to test it myself though.. High temp tracks was to be expected and something i really dont understand, they even got a not too bad system for the AI tyre temps back before 2020 they just needed to make the AI affected by their temps too, now they are affected but forced into perfect temps.. Id really like to talk with the people who do the AI to know what exactly keeps them from adding it.. There must be a reason why the AI are not allowed to be affected by engine or tyre temps but i cant imagine that it would be so horribly bad if those effects would be balanced properly, doesnt have to be 100% even 80-90% with smooth curves of grip/power loss should suffice for the AI to handle it..

Anyway day 1 patch gonna be interesting and the first few patches for the handling considering how bad the state of sales is right already and when even the core of content creators give out warnings.. Cant be good for EAs sales..

It's unbelievable that no one from EA is responding to the whole issue.

If my company was torn to shreds after such a pre-release, I would at least try to smooth things over.

Instead, there's just more advertising because the sales figures are weak.

Maybe ask Max Verstappen what he thinks of this game...

I’m completely baffled by this, EA a multi billion dollar company, has for some reason decided to screw the community with this, pretty much every content creator and e sport driver that I have seen has criticised the handling model, Jarno Opmeer literally was laughing and Alex gillon said the same. It’s shocking that they’ve promised a more realistic case, yet from what I’ve seen and felt, there’s no realism there, curbs are as grippy as tarmac, setups can be run to the complete extreme it’s incredible, and the car is way too pointy to have any sense at all. I just feel sad that the company with all FOM rights who frontline F1 sim racing has let the community down again, I love the looks of the career changes, but is the handling going to counter the enjoyment of it, most likely.

Totally agree with you . Personally I have been playing F1 since Formula One 2003. As a fan, I pre-ordered F1 24 again this year despite my disappointments and frustration which increases every year. What a stupid thing I have done again. So much disappointment with the entire game, whether graphics, customization, sound, gameplay... How can EA continue to push the license as deep as possible. It's just unacceptable that in 2024 we find ourselves with a game worse than F1 2013 or even 2010. It's a lack of respect for the community. When will they open their eyes? This shows that having a lot of money like EA does not allow the maintenance and progression of a video game.
