The smoke on the game has to be updated ASAP

Not sure if most of the PC drivers are experiencing that since they can turn particles off but, for console at least it's almost impossible drive behind other drivers online due to the excessive smoke on screen.

It was already a problem on F1 23 but it wasn't that big, on this game the smoke appears in almost every corners and sometimes even when other drivers aren't locking wheels or braking at all, in high scale. I suggest a patch to nerf the smoke otherwise it would be very bad to compete in league racing on consoles at all, it's only comfortable to see starting from pole or playing with the AI (i play on Xbox Series S in case it wonders the platform).

    @vSirah I’m on the Xbox Series X, and in a recent race here cars in front kept locking up and throwing back smoke, there was a big frame rate drop driving though it..
    Has anyone else experienced this?
    Is this also why we don’t see any spray in the wet?

    Yesterday I played on a league online and the smoke was awful! Besides the ridiculous amount of smoke, it lasts for over 3 seconds and it makes impossible for drivers behind to see the apex of the curves. This must be patched ASAP!! For PC players, it is possible to turn it off, but for XBOX and PS users this is a huge problem and totally unrealistic

    problem reported since last year, never considered and never solved, same thing for this year.....because for them it is enough that they can solve it from the PC and therefore problem solved.

    It is impossible to have a fair competition with all that smoke, it is way worse than in F1 23 and people behind can not see the apex of the curves. Please fix this in a patch!!!

    Funny that a game with Crossplay is so far away from offering a fair and level playing field for all devices. Be it FPS settings or being able to turn off the smoke, there is still a huge advantage for PC players over console players unfortunately.

    Besides the unreal smoke (you do not see it in F1 unless you have a massive lockup), it affects directly the players behind who can not see the apexes of the curves and drive properly, as well as the fact that PC users have a BIG advantage by turning the smoke of. Please, I would like to know from EA and Codemasters representatives in this forum if this issue is being adressed.
