@TrovaMB I recently tried different aero setups for Portimao Time Trial whilst practicing for a league race. I can’t remember exact numbers, but I did notice that running a rear wing of 5 only reached 207mph crossing the line, in contrast to running a rear wing of 38 reached 205mph.
Running low aero seems to have a much smaller effect on straight line speed in this game compared to previous years.
On Sunday, our league raced in Austria, and I took a gamble on a 26-12 aero, which I thought would be OP on the straights. I could barely keep up on the run to turn 3 against drivers running 38-26 aero.
Perhaps it’s a lack of downforce getting on throttle creating a slow entry to the straights?
