Want to change installation drive, possible without reinstall?

I had set my EA games (F1 24 and GRID Legends) to reside on my D drive, and now I want to change them to the C drive, I guess inside C:\Program Files\EA Games. Is that possible to do without having to uninstall and then install again?

If there's no other choice but to do that, are my settings and career progress saved in the cloud and will be applied to the new installation?
