Why only 3 helmets?
The helmet designs are bad enough and now we only have 3 to choose from? What on earth is going on here?
Please add more in future patches. Quite simply not good enough and unacceptable!

@O Barba-Raiva In career mode, I only see 3 helmets, and I have the impression that the car is smaller than the ones in the official game! It will be my impression.
@marcusm2022 I believe the first podium pass does not end until next week, with the next one starting shortly after. If they are going to add more helmets, I think that is the most likely time for them to do it. Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by the car is smaller than the ones in the official game.
It’s in the community raised issues thread and the note on it says an announcement will be made in coming days. So yes IT’s obviously been passed on. Everything here that is valid criticism gets passed on. Whether anything gets done about it or not🤷🏻♂️.
@ScarDuck14 You're a thorough reader, I've never noticed that before. I usually just zip down to "investigating"/ "awaiting patch" part to see what might be coming through the pipeline.

- @TheRagebeard Same as England chances. Never wanted the manager we had. Never thought he was good enough. Going into the tournament i new we wouldn’t win because off him. So expected us to lose but thought when we do that means we finally see the end of him…. And guess what he resigned today… So really it’s a win for me.
BTW Harry Kantrun was joint leading scorer at the Euros.

@EA_Groguet Why have we been charged £89.99 for a Champions Edition with absolutely NO pre-order bonuses, only to launch the game and find just ONE helmet design available, and 3 terrible designs in the store? Where are all the customisation items??
You have a game mode called "My Team" that let's players pick their own liveries, and you haven't given them any to choose from!! Go race online and you get 12 cars that all use the same colour/design!
18,000 pitcoin for pre-ordering and NOTHING to buy with it.... Why are there just 3 helmets, but 30+ pairs of Puma shoes!!
"Daily offers" have now become "Weekly offers" because there are not enough assets to sell, and it's the same 3 helmets on rotation!
Why are there no Pre-Order liveries? And don't even mention the eSports one's given to players to use only in Time Trial for the previous game that 99% of players will have uninstalled or traded in for the new one....
I open Podium Pass and the only way to unlock a helmet is to pay 9,000 pitcoin and then spend all day every day grinding the game to reach level 47.... only to find that the one helmet you can get is a dull and boring design.
The game has been out 6 weeks and it's already 40% off on sale..... What a waste of money Pre-Ordering to support the game/studio..... What a slap in the face for your customers!!
I won't be Pre-Ordering F1 25, and for the first time since F1 2010 I probably won't be buying.....
How hard is it for someone from EA/Codemasters to pop a message on here or the Socials to reassure players that content is on the way??

This forum is just full of complaint after complaint and everyone is saying the same thing, but it's all falling on deaf ears! Players are feeling ripped off, ignored and disrespected.
Without us, you all lose your jobs!! Who are you making the game for?? Don't take us for granted!!

Yeah I review it regularly. It's frustrating to see big issues that stay in the "Investigating" section for months on end. I have reported quite a few big bugs and included videos evidence of them since launch, and they never seem to make it into this section, leading to much frustration that nobody is listening!
It's also far bigger than the "awaiting patch" section, unfortunately!
Some of the biggest complaints are the lack of liveries and helmets. This is a very simple thing to add! At the very least, they could re-use the assets from F1 23.... How hard can it be?
@SDGMatt I don't think it's a difficulty thing, I think it's a presentation thing. Like I said in a post before @ScarDuck14 ruthlessly lured me off-topic, I think if they're going to add new liveries & helmets they will do it when the new season/ Podium Pass launches shortly (Monday or Tuesday I think?).
While there's a valid argument that it wasn't right to make us wait, especially for something that should have been there from the start, I can understand from their perspective that they don't want to set the precedent of adding cosmetics with every patch or even just spontaneous patches here and there.
While it would obviously be wise for them to do things to take action and begin winning back favor from the community, I understand they need to be able to draw the line in the sand somewhere. What happens if next we say "Why only 6 helmets" then "Why only 9 helmets" or "We don't like these helmets give us other helmets".

I hope they do fill up the Store this week, but we shouldn't have to wait 2 months after release to get some basic content.
The first few weeks after launch is the most essential period in the game's annual cycle. It's the time when players will Pre-Order at full price, media and hype is at it's peak, reviewers dish out scores, and people spend on microtransactions as they create their identity in the game.
Has the launch of this game been a success? No, they've fumbled it badly!!
Not only have they failed to convince people to buy the game, they've also annoyed and frustrated the few players who have bought it with nothing to justify the extortionate price tag!
Sales for F1 24 in the UK are down by 47% compared to F1 23, which was already down 44% compared to F1 22.... That's a very bad trendline that doesn't bode well for F1 25!
For the first time since F1 2010, I can honestly say I am not enjoying the game. I feel ripped off and will not be buying F1 25. Certainly not at launch for £90! May as well wait a few months for it to drop to £25 and maybe they\ll have added some content and updated the current F2 season by then! @SDGMatt as a fellow consumer I was agreeing with you that F1 24 has had a rough launch to put it mildly, I was merely trying to explain how a corporation like EA is probably going to think and operate. Anything we say or do here on these forums probably isn't going to convince them to change, but hopefully the declining sales figures will get their attention.
The helmet situation and the general lack of customisation in F124 is a serious mistake by the developers this year.
Basically what they have given us is in my opinion the worst F1 game in many years, with absolutely shocking AI, a terrible handling model and to top it all off, devoid of any proper customisation content.
I'm not surprised one iotta sales are significantly down.
Honestly if we don't see any improvements soon and the basic customisation content mainly helmets, I will not buy F125!
