The helmet designs are bad enough and now we only have 3 to choose from? What on earth is going on here? Please add more in future patches. Quite simply not good enough and unacceptable!

@CM_TGK Thanks for the response, but there are simply not enough customisable items!Look around on here. It’s one of the biggest frustrations with the game besides the handling.It’s no good saying they’re available in podium pass when there are only 2 across both free and VIP tiersin season 1 and they’re at level 1 and 49…. That makes the second helmet almost unavailable to most players who have a job and life away from the game.Available in the ‘store’? Why only 3?F1 23 had a massive selection of decent designs. I spent a lot of pit coin collecting them!Your ‘daily offer’ section has now become a ‘weekly offer’ because there isn’t enough content to rotate..2 months into F1 24 and I’ve got 4 helmets to choose from and still have all 18,000 pitcoin I got for paying £89.99 to pre-order (which is a slap in the face when the game is now 40% off, so I feel punished and ripped off for putting faith in the game and pre-ordering)Surely you guys want us to be spending more on these items! It’s revenue!Why are there 40 pairs of shoes to choose from, but just 3 helmets? It’s a racing game, not a catwalk.At least add back in F1 23’s selection of helmets and liveries. Why were they even removed??

The lack of helmets, suits and liveries is absolutely disgusting, especially when players are charged £69.99-89.99 for the game. Not to mention that the ones we have been given look like a 5 year old designed them in MS Paint… Podium Pass is a waste of time as it just throws tons of F1 World Car things at you in overwhelming amounts, and I have no idea what they all are. I just don’t care about F1 World. A helmet and livery customiser has been one of the most requested features for about 10 years now, and we never get it. Yet we got an IKEA simulator!! Why is it, that we got given 1 helmet, suit and Livery when there is a game mode in My Team that’s very purpose is to allow players to create their own individual team. Go online and everyone is racing with the same car livery! even the ‘store’ is empty with just 3 lacklustre helmets. Yet you can choose from about 50 pairs of shoes for your menu avatar…. EA/Codemasters sort yourselves out!!! Absolute CHEEK to charge up to £89.99 for this game that was launched in a state, required patches just to drive properly and has had 30% content removed from last year. I’ve bought every game since F1 2010, and for the first time, I wish I had skipped this year. It’s going to take a massive improvement to convince me to buy F1 25…..

Do they not realise that what they are doing now in terms of having most of the customisation features removed will massively damage sales for F125?It beggars belief just how out of touch they are with the customer base. Is it just laziness and they can't be bothered? All F124 resembles is by far the worst copy and paste with content removed. How on earth was that ever going to go down well and be anything else other than a complete flop.The complaints are not just on here regarding the lack of content and customisation, it's all over social media. Until they wake up from giving us absolute piffle pointless items and provide us what we are "ALL" asking for, sales will continue to plummet.You have let down so many loyal customers.

You’re spot on, why not at least give us the old designs and put new ones in the podium pass each year? What is the point in having a My Team mode where you get a choice or ONE livery to start your new save with? Isn’t the purpose of the mode to customise your own team? What was the reasoning behind removing everything?? Where is the value for money here?? It’s so disrespectful to the players who have bought this game. Especially when it’s one of the most expensive games out there.Brand new Triple A titles launch at a lower price with much more content. Codemasters, give us more liveries and helmets!!!

@CM_TGK @SDGMatt How can you promote such poor content on the game like that?The possibilities for customization and content are completely at a standstill. Releasing 3 or 4 cosmics through events or challenges, do you call that content ? The system totally needs freshness, I have said it several times and we have been asking for it for years. Where is the helmet and suit livery editor? Visor color, in-depth cosmetics, community sharing system for livery creators ? With all due respect, jumpsuits and helmets with pumpkins, trees, and 80s flames have nothing to do with an official game and in no way make the franchise credible. I don't understand at all the fact that your team does not look into this subject once and for all and involve your guys in this in order to really bring content and freedom to customization.There is immense potential to be exploited on this problem which has been going on for years, already in F1 2010 it was requested despite the fact that the helmets are more realistic than today which is unfortunate. Your motto is Work in Progress, right? There we are at work at a standstill for my part. Give us real things and lots of content, it's the least you can do for a community that has been following you for years despite the fact that the price of games is increasing but the content is decreasing. I think before talking about need it's a question of respect, that's all ! Good day 👋

This to me now completely sums up EA. They had a golden opportunity to make amends regarding more helmet choices. And this is what they have given us.
They are clearly more focused on creating more pointless drivel like fan zone rather than focusing on what everyone has been asking for.
Fan zone! Who on earth actually sits there and thinks this will be a popular feature, when there are still massive issues that are affecting the game. It bedraggles me to actually try and understand the purpose of it?

Eerily prescient. Podium pass has exactly that but mostly behind the VIP glass.
The store got 2 helmets- not bad, gloves, a livery that is the typical fare but not quite your price point.
Given the badges in podium pass and the store, I am guessing they’ve checked out.

Thats how you know that not a single Dev has bothered to come on here or read feedback on the socials.
If they did, we’d have a lot more customisable items…
I don’t get it… F1 23’s store was FULL of items and I Bought almost all the helmets. I bought more pit coin to do so…. You’d think that they would want our money?

Has anyone else still got all their pit coin from launch?
Who has spent it on 7,500 pit coin helmets?
Who’s wasted it on Puma shoes and sunglasses? 😂

Just loaded up the game to have a look at the new helmets.
really dull designs. Looks like someone threw them together on MS Paint 5 minutes before the deadline for the Patch. No thanks! 👎

It's the exact same unlock levels in all 3 seasons so far and they clearly know exactly what they are doing, and it's insulting to players...
Unlock a Helmet at level 1, but it's behind the VIP Tier paywall, so hand over 9,000 pitcoin for it
Then for your 9,000 pitcoin you get 47 levels of useless F1 World Parts and silly badge/emblem parts....
And for the unemployed and people who have been grinding the game all day every day for a month, you might reach the FREE helmet at Level 47, only to find that it's a pretty boring design and you wasted your time and money....

GIVE US THE F1 23 RACE WEAR CONTENT IN THE F1 24 STORE!
You've copy and pasted everything else, so why not give us those items again??
They already exist.... Just add them!!
You'll silence the complainers. Give people some content to spend their pitcoin on... You might even get a few buying MORE Pitcoin.... I know I'd buy them!

As someone who liked changing the My Team livery at the start of most seasons, I’d buy some. But I won’t spend it on liveries I think are unrealistic (goldfish ayone?).
