Hey @EA_Vendcera
Trueforce is a SDK from Logitech with the main purpose of delivering an extra layer of feedback. Haptic feedback on top of the usual FFB we get from the DirectInpit API.
There's a secondary, but arguably even more important usage for it though. Microsoft has a considerably limited API for their consoles, so these wells have limited usability. More often than not, a number of buttons are simply not available for Microsoft players.
Logitech has made it possible for devs to enable those extra buttons (and RPM lights) via the Trueforce SDK.
Their inquiry is a fair one, as you can see. Trueforce support was a nightmare of its own last year, but that's besides the point. It would be greatly appreciated if EA made it clear whether Codies made Trueforce enabled.
It is a SDK. The creator makes it available, and it is up to any dev to make use of it. Users could ask Logitech if they happen to know if Codies implemented those features in F1 24, but it is not up to Logitech. Only Codies/EA can say if Trueforce is available, and the extent of its features - only buttons, buttons and RPM lights, inputs and haptics feedback, only haptics etc etc.
