Workaround AI slow on qualifying Career

AI is always slower in Quali somehow and they dont use Overtake only Hotlap in their Lap.

@IShadic Yes, it's a shame. But now I think it's a way to workaround that. I did 3 qualifying in career using this method and pace matched.
