After patch V1.14 my screen freezes for a few seconds and FPS drops

If you're experiencing stutters or freezing and have not tried that yet, can you please try deleting your hardware settings file as explained in this post: Unexpected Graphical Issues 🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps

If the problem persists, please share with us the following information:

Hardware settings XMLs: 

• user > documents > my games > F1 24 > hardwaresettings
• right-click the game in Steam > Manage > Browse local files > F1_24.exe.[number].running (please, rename this last file as .txt to be able to upload it)

We’ve successfully reproduced the issue in-game and are actively investigating the cause of it. If you are also experiencing this issue, could you please share your Dxdiag report and Error Report Code Code?
