Collision config not working in the coop career

Hi All!!! I'm not being able to turn ON the collision for both players in the coop career. Even turning the collision ON in the config screen while “creating” the coop career, the player who "set up" the career always become a ghost (not colliding with other cars) while the "second" player collides with other cars. Does anyone knows how to set it up to both? Is anyone else facing it?
