PP65539

Hi. From more than one month I have problem to join cross-play in F1 24 - error PP65539. I check everything:

- internet, router

- install game one more time

- factor reset PS5

- of course crossplay ON

I used to read that it is a problem with account. 

EA I need your help with it.

Summarize your bug I cant play multiplayer where crossplay in enabled can only join when crossplay is disabled in the session and it is really frustrating i cant play and i tried restarting my internet and disabling crossply then enabled it and still same issue

What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Ps5

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk search this error code and you will find it viral
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing basically not entering session
What do you expect to see? I expect to joint the session

Please help mee i need to play crossplay for my leagues 

I’m having same problem too with open lobbies but I can join ranked and it seems to only be a problem with crossplay with pc for me as well as I’m on a ps5
