Bring back Wet Time Trial

Why was Wet Time Trial ever removed? I can NOT think of a legit reason for it. 

Players need a place to practice wet weather driving. It provided an empty track with consistent conditions and tyre temp/wear and allowed us to create and save setups. 

So many players moan when we get wet league races and complain that it's too hard to drive. Well that's because there is nowhere to practice and learn!! 

Don't tell me it's because fewer people played it, because we have F2 2024 Time Trial, and when F2 2025 content gets added, the 2024 mode stays in the game, and I guarantee fewer people play that than Wet Time Trial.... 

Please bring it back!
